Swiss Crab PieSwiss & Crab PieIngredients: 1 cup Swiss (or cheddar), shredded 8 oz crab meat 3 beaten eggs 3/4 c heavy cream 1/4 c water 1/2 t salt dry mustard to taste Preheat oven to 325. Sprinkle cheese in large quiche or pie pan, lightly sprayed with PAM. Top with crab. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake 40-45 min. Serves 4 @ 3 carb
